About Me

I am an experienced and skilled ordained Reverend who loves God and all his people. I have been involved with Ministry work for over 20 years. My intention is to provide any assistance possible to the broken and invisible population. I try to see people through God's eyes and to always show grace and mercy to people. It is important to know that I am someone who will never give up on a person and I will always love people regardless of their status in Society. I strongly believe that knowing love can transform lives. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, listening to worship music, working out and most importantly spending time with the Lord and my family. I'm the same person inside work as I am outside.

A Man Under Authority

"For I myself am a man under authority, with soldiers under me. I tell this one, 'Go,' and he goes; and that one, 'Come,' and he comes. I say to my servant, 'Do this,' and he does it." (Matthew 8:9)

Dedicated and Loyal Leader

To effectively manage people, you cannot demand respect; you must earn it overtime through your integrity, loyalty, honesty, and open-mindedness. I am a respected leader because I treat my team members with respect and value their opinions. I am constantly motivating and spending time coaching my team to ensure better results and inspire them to be all they can be.

My Success Stories

A Compassionate Care

At Bowery Mission our objective was to assist men, women and children in the cycle of property homelessness and dependency. Here I am the Director of Compassionate Care for the Men's Centers. We integrated drug and compassionate care programs and staff resources and we developed structured programs with schedules and rules to create clear community boundaries for staff and the homeless population to provide safety and dignity. In addition, we launched a 21-day shelter program to provide homeless men with a place to live in respect with services including social work support and vocational training opportunities, as well as created a mission trainee program to earn culinary and computer certifications for employment.

Hands657 Community Development

At Pivot Ministry, a Faith-based drug and alcohol rehabilitation discipleship program, as the Executive Director and Co-Founder I launched Community Development Corporation to provide non-profit funding of ministry operations and developed new revenue sources including a landscaping, construction and greenhouse businesses for vocational training. We raised $90,000 to build a greenhouse to provide vocational training for clients, created a Alumni Association to provide post-graduation support and established and built a Community Center and classroom for the Bridgeport campus.
